“Excellent location, comfortable bed, washer /dryer were appreciated. Terrific value”

“Overall the place was nice. Kitchen did not have any hot pads, had to use a tea towel to remove pan(s) from stove/oven. A shelf in the shower would've been nice as there is no space for toiletries on the rim of the tub. Only place to hang towels was above the toilet on the opposite side from the shower - need to put a hook on the wall next to shower to hang towel for when get out. Only 2 towels were provided for 2 adults staying for 6 nights - had to wash them (thankful there was a washer/dryer...

“It was a very clean place and exactly what was described. Definitely a great stayOnly notes:- in this unit it is park on the street only- the internet is pretty spotty and slow”

“Great location. Comfortable room and the host is very easy to communicate with. ”

“Cozy 2-bedroom condo in fabulous location close to downtown Phoenix. We stayed here for the women’s basketball Final Four at the Mortgage Matchup Center. The Center was an easy walk downtown through a vibrant neighborhood with lots of great restaurants (Tom Wong!), bars, shops, and a museum. The condo is in an older building that is very quiet. ”

“It worked out well for us as a last-minute reservation. The location is in a more desolate area south downtown, but it was quiet, and no one bothered us. ”

“:D”

“Our unit was clean and very comfortable. It’s also located near really good restaurants and bars. We’ll definitely return if we have to stay in Phoenix overnight again.”

“Check-in and communication with the host was good, location was great, there is no dedicated on-site parking… it’s street parking. However the power in our VRBO was not working and it took over 4 hours to get it situated. We had to wait 4 hours, get ready in the dark for our event only to find out they had another VRBO in the complex we were staying at… So instead of just moving us to that one they made us wait until the last possible second and switched us. We understand this is a business but...

“This location was amazing! Perfect for what we needed. The studio was extremely clean. Check in was easy as well. All these things are important to me so it was a 5/5 stay”

“Property seemed great from reviews- but we were so disappointed!!! This listing quoted it 'sleeps 3' when the studio only had 1 queen bed, and a dirty small bench that did not pull out to a bed...and no other place for a 3rd person to sleep. And no extra linens or pillow or anything. And to make matters worse - VRBO 'customer service' gave no options to help besides messaging the host. We had to find other accommodations and got hardly any refund back for the fact that we could not stay and had...

“Very beautiful place and the host was very good at communicating! Will definitely stay again!”

“Upon arrival the electronic code I was given didn't work. I called VRBO and they could not reach the management company and required that I record myself trying to get in. After an hour they finally reached someone and gave me a 2nd code, which didn't work. After even more time on the phone with VRBO, they gave me a number for the management company and that guy tried to walk me through it like I was an idiot. Finally, he determined something was wrong with the box and gave me the fire...

“I rented this little gem as a stop gap while waiting for my new place to be completed. I was really excited about my new home, top floor penthouse with all new and classic mid century modern furnishings, but after spending a couple months in this quaint one bedroom it really grew on me. The building is wonderful and the people who live there were even better. I got to know several tenants while there and they were such nice people. The location is top notch right in one of the best parts of...

“Overall the property met our needs but we spent a whole week without the use of the pool as it was closed. We asked numerous times for compensation but none was offered. The pool deck was not maintained the way it was portrayed in the pictures. ”
