“Older hotel getting updated. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was updated and very clean. When making reservations, only doubles were available. When we checked in I asked if any kings had opened up and we were given a king. Staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“This is a charming little place and we really enjoy staying here whenever we are in this part of Michigan. The receptionist seems like he’d rather be anywhere else but working and is not very friendly. The gift shop is also a mess and full of clutter. Otherwise, we really like it. They provide ice from a cooler and wine openers if you are in need. Parking slots are oddly designed, but convenient. Restaurants and like Phil’s and The Southerner are delicious. For fun, rent a bike and ride around...

“The condo was very nice and clean. Well stocked, furnished and decorate. The view was very pleasant. We saw deer in the evening and it was fun watching the boats leaving and arriving. Oval Beach was nearby and awesome, and took the Star of Saugatuck cruise. Parking in town was difficult but the interurban bus was very reliable and affordable. ”

“Easy Check-in. House was Clean & spacious. Property is beautiful, loved watching the deers, & other animals. Game room was a huge hit for the kids & us! We spent a lot of time in there. Wish it had a AC but it did have a heater for winter. Water temps for baths, and showers was set too low in my opinion. Couldn’t fill the spa tub all the up, water got cold before I could turn jets on. Couldn’t use hot tub either cause there was an active wasp nest in the gazebo but Millpond said they would...

“Our stay was just perfect. Everything you could need was provided - from beach chairs, to life jackets and kayaks and wood for the campfire. The house was fully stocked and neat and clean. The beds were comfy and the towels thick and luxurious. Providing coffee and tea was over the top! Definitely returning for another stay. ”
