"Property was in a convenient, safe location. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful with food options. The continental breakfast was good for us. The room was clean - the only issue was urine on the side of the toilet. And it took us until the last night we were there to see that the lever you turn to activate the shower was broken. The water in our showers filled up and made it seem like we were standing in bath water. I didn't report it to the staff. Overall, we would definitely stay here...

"Stayed here for a concert at Credit 1 Arena at UIC. Very conveniently located within easy walking distance of that arena and also the United Center. Small room but clean , quiet, comfortable. "

"Ohio House is one of my favorite places to stay in Chicago. My favorite employee Edgar left recently but it seems he's trained his people well because THIS stay was as good as all the others. (Especially after I accidentally left my key in my room) Schneider's Deli (connected to the hotel) is fabulous and now open 7 days. There was not one thing I didn't enjoy about my stay once again"

"Beds had zippered, sealed covers on mattresses! I love not worrying about bugs when traveling. Carpet was old and kinda dirty looking so be sure to bring flip flops or slippers. Did not use the shower but the bathroom was adorable! There were a few hangers and drawer space too The man who checked me into the hotel seemed annoyed while dealing with me but was kind to my friend as she got there before me, not sure the issue there but the morning front desk man was very sweet despite a rude guest...
