“I rented 7 rooms for a family gathering. Paid 2,300 for 2 nights. Repeatedly asked for extra bedding for the fold out couches and was always told in the wash. One room door wouldn’t lock when leaving. Did switch rooms but no discount and that door ended up doing the same thing. No discount. One room was straightened and bed remade but door was left ajar. The overhead light in our room was out . Was always told no maintenance on the weekend. Just frustrated all the way around!!”
