“J’ai passé une nuit dans cet établissement et, globalement, mon séjour s’est bien déroulé. Le personnel était accueillant et l’expérience a été positive dans l’ensemble. En revanche, un point mérite d’être signalé : l’odeur de cigarette est très présente, notamment à l’accueil en raison des fumées provenant de l’intérieur du bar. Pour les non-fumeurs, cela peut être assez désagréable et donner une mauvaise première impression en arrivant. Mis à part cet aspect, le séjour a été satisfaisant.”

“No elevator and we needed a first floor room because of knee surgeries. Staff kinda grumbled..lol.. but gave us a room on the first floor and we appreciate that. I know the building is not new but, renovations had it looking fresh. All in all the room was fine and the price was right!”

“I was quite surprised to have housekeeping services. Most hotels have stated since Covid no longer do that.”

“The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the hotel ran out of fresh towels, and we had to wait quite a while before replacements were available. While I appreciated the kindness of the staff, this inconvenience affected my overall experience, and I would likely choose to stay elsewhere on a future visit.”

“Breakfast was really good. Staff was very nice. Nice room. AC worked good. My only complaint is that I tried to get my room at my discounted rate through the hotel I work at and was told they had never heard of that even though I had the reservation pulled up with the discounted prices. Additionally I arrived Saturday morning but was still charged Friday night after the front desk said they would wave Friday night’s fee.”
