Got the Honeymoon Suite both of the ACs didn’t work. The lights didn’t work inside there. The hot tub didn’t work was terrible.

I got a refund. Rooms were filthy roaches and nats. dust everywhere, no towels or toilet paper in rooms. Floors failing in. Junk in the rooms tv didn’t work. 0/10. Pretty sure this place is shut down but still renting out rooms.

No amenities. Only bar soap and towel. No Kleenex , no coffee pot, no cups for water...not even in the office. Tub spigot broken. One bed mattress on floor, no frame. Thank goodness I only needed it for one night.

This property should be burned to the ground hands down 💯 the worst I've ever been to absolutely could never stay there shame on the owner for the false advertisement and for even having this place open to the public floors are falling through ac didn't work room was full of black mold and my daughter got very sick just from the short time we were there the health department needs to shut this place down asap

The room pictured on expedia website is false/ fake. The room i reserved on website is 100% not the same as when I showed up. Please remove it. I had to find another hotel.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke from the moment I walked in, making it uncomfortable to stay in. I asked to switch rooms, but the staff couldn’t even get the keys to work on three different room doors. Despite being unable to provide a clean, accessible room, they refused to give me a refund. I ended up paying for a room I couldn’t properly use, and the customer service was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. A hotel should at least be able to provide a room that is clean, smoke-free, and accessible, and if they can’t, they should make it right.

Despite the look of the entrance being poorly maintained, we thought maybe they were under construction. The room we specifically booked for the amenities was reported to have no AC and an alternative room was offer but at the same price without discount. The alternate room was insect infested and paint was peeling off the walls and ceiling. We immediately went to the front to cancel but he was unable to refund us because of the 3rd party booking. The front office staff wasn't rude but definitely wasn't helpful. Do not stay there, you will regret it and be out of money.
