“The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom needs a little cosmetic work. Location was good for us. Breakfast situation is strange in that it is located in the hotel restaurant but the staff is not part of the hotel. The provided food was not well prepared. The scrambled eggs were runny and the bacon fatty and not fully cooked.”

“Room was decent it was getting remodeled during our visit. Staff was very inviting and helpful - breakfast was great. Nice and quiet place to rest and to explore the Lancaster area. Would stay here agagin”

“Room was DISGUSTING! Not fit for human occupancy!!! Blood on the sheets, dirty pillow case, floors not mopped and showers had mold and mildew everywhere. We had a large group stay at this hotel and all had a similar experiences. Take all the sheets and burn them!”

“The room was not too terrible of stay overall, other than the bathroom being a little dingy but the atmosphere was inadequate. Being that it is next to a bar, even on the far side you can still hear the music till 2 am. People were loud and yelling in the hallways throughout the night and early in the morning, seemed like nothing was remotely soundproof. If you want a relaxing and on the quiet side, I do not recommend staying here.”

“Room wasn’t ready at 3 for check in. Waited a 1/2 hour, just to get to the room and the key cards didn’t work. The room was not the room I booked. Went to dinner to come back and the key cards didn’t work again.”

“Wifi did not work. Shower water was cold for myself, and several others that were staying with me in different rooms. There was hair all over the comforter when I arrived to the room. The property itself was just a mess.”

“We got into our room and could not find a towel without a stain on it. Went to ask for clean towels and was met with reluctance on getting more towels. We come back in only to find out our bathroom door IS LOCKED! I make the mistake of taking matters into my own hands and PICKING THE LOCK OF OUR OWN BATHROOM DOOR, so my significant other can actually use the restroom. Against better judgement we try to use the shower and continue with our night only to find out the shower did not work either.……
