"It is a once in a lifetime experience. Lots of stuff to do there besides the Railroad museum. Wish they would upgrade the linens there. Caboose we stayed in ok. There was a birds nest on top of the air conditioner. Food at the resteraunt was good. This is a nice spot if your kid is into trains. Staff was excellent. Wish they would upgrade the cabooses and make the insides feel a little bit more modern. Start with new flat screen TVs. Brighter more modern tone paints for inside the cabooses. Overall I had a good time and will probably come again."

"Had a discrepancy upon checking in and front desk not much help. When reservations was made I requested first floor as close to front door as I use a walker. They placed me on second floor at very last room down a long hall. Rooms were fairly clean. Bathroom was very clean but bath soap was empty."

"We had to check in on the later side and leave super early for a graduation and the staff was amazing. The room was super clean and we cannot wait to come back for Dutch Wonderland!"

"Paint peeling in the bathroom, loose toilet seat, exterior exit doors not in the lobby were not secured and damaged. Mattress and box were spring style and hard. Pillows were undersized for a king bed, and rock hard. Worst of all, a no prior notice $100 hold was placed on my card for “sundry” charges. This, even tho there was no in room snacks or any lobby items behind the counter. Not recommended. "

"The pool closes at 9 pm. The kids were very disappointed after spending hours in the car to get there just to find out the pool had already closed for the evening. Our room had a jacuzzi tub but you had to sit up to turn on the jets. Once this happened, water shot out of the back jets across the room, getting the carpet soaked. So needless to say, the jacuzzi tub was unusable unless just soaking."

"Room was clean and attended to daily. Large selections at breakfast including a pancake machine. Location is perfect in relationship to activities, shopping and restaurants. Staff friendly and always a good morning. This is my go place when visiting the area."

"Great location, in the middle of chain restaurants and shops but only a few minutes drive to Amish restaurants and shops, close to Sight and Sound Theatre."

"We loved our stay at Country Living Inn. The decor was lovely. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. They have a ground level entrance for those using a wheelchair or who otherwise cannot manage the step up to the quaint porch. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. I appreciate the environmentally friendly shampoo/body wash dispensers in the bathroom. We enjoyed coffee and hot chocolate in the morning. Their location was great and there was plenty of parking. We would definitely stay again!"

"This property was EXCELLENT. From the room cleanliness to the staff response time, they met the mark everytime. The rooms were comfortable, the amenenties were abundant and we had an excellent time with my family of 5. We will certainly be back!"
