“Please note this property is not a hotel but a motel. Its a place where industrial workers stay passing through or at extended rates. Its located in the middle of food places waffle house, chicken fry, and McDonalds. There is some type of birds that dwell in trees surrounding building that makes noise sun up to sun down just loud for no reason. I was moved from one room to another (upgrade) due to pest in my room (cockroaches). It was nothing as I expected. The gym on site was out of order. The……

“The overall quality was very poor. My room had multiple stains on the carpet and walls. The smell was bad, the couch was old, dirty, and falling apart. the overall stay was very uncomfortable. I decided not to stay in the room, even though I paid for it.”

“Overall stay was not the best. We found roaches in our bathroom & mice droplet our last night there. The bed sheets, pillow cases etc (bedding furniture) was nearly a nude color with plenty stains all over the sheets, pillow cases, bed cover and even blanket. We had to tell front desk to bring new everything that were actually clean and white sheets. Dirty crumbs & Burn stays on the blanket as if someone was smoking in the bedroom with no care. Ac/heater doesn’t turn off so we had to unplug it……

“Room was not cleaned properly. There was hair all over the bathroom floor, in the shower, in the sheets. Staff was worrried about ordering their dinner instead of checking us in. We were told the hot tub would be up and running when we stayed. It was not open. There's only a washer and dryer on floor 2 and 3 so i had to keep going back and forth between the floors to do laundry. The breakfast was fully stocked but the cook bagged up trash with gloves on and went back to cooking the food……
