“The spigot fell off when we used the shower. The room was ok clean and the bathroom needed updated and cleaned. Breakfast was typical continental style but the fruit and yogurt was out when we went. Someone brought more out by the time we were ready to leave. It seemed they were only putting 2 of each item or so out at a time so it seemed easy to run out quickly. The ice machine didn't work so one of the maintenance workers said we might be able to get ice at the front desk but there was no……

“The property is fine in itself. Room, security and parking. They have vending machines but no ice machines. The room I stayed at the hot water was not working, no iron and iron board, the toilet was shaking it felt like it’s going to fall with you when sitting down. They have a big fridge and a stove. The room was cleaned.”

“I had reserved a suite, the room was very dirty, missing hair dryer, dirty floor, stains on walls etc.. I asked if we could change rooms and they did allow us to do so. The second room was equally as dirty but in different ways. Stained bedding, looks like it was used, dirty sink, dirty floor with little things all over it. My family couldn’t stay there, we had to leave. Hoping Expedia will help me get my money back. I travel regularly and this is the first time I’ve ever left a hotel without……
