“Pros: Comfy clean place Close to Big Trees state park and friend's place Cons: -Some guests were not aware of "quiet hours". At 11 pm I finally got up and went out to ask them, repectfully , to please quiet down. They apologized and left. -The air conditioner kept cycling on/off what seemed like every 5 minutes. This may be due to poor insulation around the room door as light comes threw the door jamb. -The limited hours that staff is present had us a littled worried. Except for the last……

“The light bulbs were out in the room and the bathroom, no one at the front to talk to about this. Vanity light would only go on with the fan switch. A/C window model was very loud and had to turn it off to sleep which was uncomfortable in the extreme heat. This is basically an old house that has rooms that are not updated, the kitchen has a curtain for a separation from the main front room, and the smell is going throughout the house. I would not recommend this accommodation. The windows would……
