“This property, managed by Seward Hospitality Group, was advertised on VRBO as a “suite” that sleeps four. We booked it because we liked the sound of a place near downtown Seward. What we found when we arrived was that this “suite” was VERY sparse. Although corrected quickly, we found no towels in the room initially and no TP, and even though there were bowls and a couple of plates, we found no cups to use with the coffee maker and no utensils to use. “The ocean view was spectacular with teal waters and islands and mountains all around. The cabins are located in a cove, so it is safe for kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards, all available for use. They even provided dry suits for us. The cabin was very comfortable and clean. At night, it was very quiet. The staff were very friendly, going beyond to be helpful. One person even helped my son fish and clean the fish for us. He was so nice. ”

“Eight of us drive down from anchorage Saturday afternoon and evening. For a halibut charter Sunday morning. We got back from fishing about 6:30 pm, We dropped off our fish for processing. Went back to the house cooked up some of the fresh catch for dinner. Slept in a little on Monday and headed back to Anchorage. Was a great trip. House worked out perfectly for us. Very clean, plenty of bedding and a well stock kitchen, with plenty of cook ware.”

“The property was very clean, organized, and comfortable. The hosts were very polite and accommodating when needed. And, the price was very reasonable. I stayed in one of the private rooms, and shared a bathroom with one other room. I never felt like my privacy was threatened, and I felt almost as if I were at home. I’ll definitely be staying there again when i return to Seward.”

"Este hotel me encantó, su ubicación es muy accesible y céntrica, pero lejos del ruido de la ciudad, las vistas son espectaculares, tanto hacia el frente como hacia atrás, el lugar es muy acogedor, y lo mejor fue el trato amable y simpático de Mary, ella fue sumamente agradable al recibirnos, nos hizo un “upgrade” de la habitación, ya que habíamos reservado una habitación con una sola cama y nos ofreció una con dos camas que le quedaba disponible… Además, nos prestó “spray para osos” cuando fuimos a caminar al Glaciar “Exit”… ¡por suerte no lo utilizamos!)… Y además nos hizo una concesión especial con la hora del check out… La habitación cuenta con refrigeradora pequeña y con microondas, además te dan café todos los días. Lo único que podría mejorar es el calentador del baño, ya que estaba en muy mal estado y presentación, sin embargo, el calentador de la habitación sí funcionaba bien. ¡Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme ahí mismo! ¡Saludos a Mary desde Costa Rica!"
