Host and rental company was responsive during and fairly quickly after office hours. Only downside is that a washer and dryer was advertised as such that one would assume it was in the condo but a suggestion would be to add an additional note explaining that they are available for a fee and laundry buildings are centrally located separately and amongst the condo...
