“The check-in counter was inside a small window with glass (so a glass-room !!). There are not enough facilitated inside the room and I ask for an hot-pot (boiled hot water) but the lady refused. She gave me the wrong room with single bed which is other's name, but changed after we (2 persons) told her. ”

“When I checked in at 2 PM, the front desk lady was very nice friendly and efficient. Although when I checked out and I wanted to make sure they knew of the things in my room that needed repair fixing or maintenance a different woman from when I checked in was very author Tory power hungry, and didn’t listen to a word I said instead she discipline me treating me like a child telling me that I needed to tell the front desk as soon as a problem occurred. “I recently stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott Philadelphia Airport and overall had a very pleasant experience — the staff was friendly, my room was clean, and everything went smoothly. The only thing that caught me off guard was the $12 parking charge for guests. If that fee had been clearly noted in the reservation policy, it wouldn’t have been such a curveball. Other than that, I truly enjoyed my stay and appreciated the hospitality.”

“If you just need a place for stay and shower around airport , the price is the best. If you want enjoy the stay, it’s not a good choice. Not too bad, just a mold smell in the room. ”
