“The main desk clerk was rude, there was no pool on the hottest day of the year 4 th of July weekend nor was it disclosed to me when booking that the pool was out of order. By Expedia or the hotel. When trying to rebook no hotel was available due to holiday weekend. When bringing it to the attention of the desk clerk he was incredibly rude and no helpful starting you booked through a 3rd part and there’s no refund anyway within 24 hrs. The pictures of the property were not even remotely relevant……

“Convenient location, but very outdated and rundown. Our A/C unit could not be adjusted and the paper thin blanket that we had was insufficient to keep us warm. The power button on the remote control did not work, but TV could be turned on manually. There were several stains on the chair and debris in all of the drawers. Grab and go breakfast though was sufficient for our needs. Housekeeping and front desk person were nice.”
