“The room was clean and helpful to have the kitchenette. But there was only one lamp so the room was dark.”

“Room was not ready upon arrival even though it was an hour and a half past check in time. Building looks old and falling apart. Smells. My room had no towels or bedding. I left for dinner and entertainment. When I finally came back in the evening the bedding was just left in a bag and I had to put it on myself to go to sleep.”

“The Customer Service Front Desk Was Rude. She Tried To Say They Didn't Receive My Payment Until I Showed Proof Of Receipt. Tried To Ask Her Where A Place Was. She Didn't Answer And Walked Away. The Room Itself Was Scum. I Could See The Front Door Had Been Fixed Several Times, Paint Chipped All Through Room. Saw The Characters Hanging Around The Building When I Went To Get Ice. My Friend And I Did Not Feel Safe There At All. I Would Not Recommend This Place To Any One At All.”

“There were mushrooms growing out of and underneath the vanity sink in the bathroom and that clearly means that there is MOLD. TV wasn't set up prior to my stay had to do it myself. Other then that the young lady at the front desk at check in was awesome and very nice.”
