“The hotel was very nice and the room and bathroom was clean and the sheets were lovely! We interacted with the evening (?) desk clerk Bridgette, and she was a doll! We asked for recommendations for ice-cream and she sent us to Dewster's, which was amazing! After we both had a short nap after our travels, we went back down to the desk and asked for dinner rec's, and after she shared her favorites, we ended up at Longhorns, again, a fantastic choice! “Unfortunately, the first night I got there I checked in late was tired and got to the room and it was completely disgusting. Dead flies everywhere had to kill a cockroach look like the room hasn’t been cleaned in months went up to the front desk told them about it and they did upgrade my room and gave me a different room which was a lot cleaner and a lot nicer and felt a little bit more comfortable. Although it ended up not being too bad, I don’t think I would ever go back there again due to how……

“The area we stayed in was nice for Kentucky Kingdom, but the shape of the room was filthy! From the stain on our covers to the hair in the bath tub it was a lot and we were very uncomfortable!”

“Lobby area was nice, clean, updated. Rooms need a remodel especially the bathrooms. Cracked sink, cheap finishes, touch up paint didn’t match, extremely humid in entire room to where towels stayed wet and you were always just sticky. Breakfast options very minimal and last day of stay they ran out of most breakfast items. Claim bar is open 5-10 but last night of stay bar was closed. Would not stay again without a complete remodel. Also parking was $50 a night!! Decently located to be able to……
