“I arrived at the park to be told that the hot tub I had paid for wasn’t working. I was refunded £100 which is what I paid for it. It wasn’t fixed during my stay we had 4 night stay. Had food at the bar what I ordered wasn’t what I got so was disappointing. We went to the entertainment area one night bar stuff slow and came across rude like couldn’t be bothered to serve rather be chatting with other staff also I put my dirty glasses on the bar that was still there 45mins later when we left. This……

“The bed was ok but there was no heating in the room. The shower in the shared bathroom didn't work and the sink only had cold water. I know the room was cheap but i would expect atleast the bare minimum. ”

“Wi-Fi provide but cannot access, very week. No hair drier provided even though ask for borrow. B&B but breakfast not included.”

“A great location to explore the area, including walking distance to WoodHenge, a short drive to Stonehenge and an hour from Glastonbury. Very quiet, peaceful and quaint. The perfect short break away.”
