“Good service but old facilities, but nice distance to the crater lake, so we’re happy”

“Overall it was a nice stay for a quick overnight while on a roadtrip. The bed was comfy and we didn’t hear street noise. It was quiet overall on property. It appears Marriott has bought it out and trying to do some much needed improvements. Breakfast was a little on the colder side but nothing was a deal breaker. Our room door needed some extra lift to close, bathroom still had hairs from previous guests and we found a vape in the room on a shelf. Daughter said the sofa bed was just okay and it……

“We had already complained about the fact that we wanted to change rooms because our room was right on the freeway and they did not accommodate us even though the motel is not full. After our complaint we were in bed and that's when we were offered a room that just opened up supposedly. Our daughter has to use a grab bar to get in and out of shower and it came off the wall. Luckily she did not get hurt.”
