“Stayed only one night but the property would be great for multiple nights. The Smokey the bear theme around the cabin and interior decor is fun and makes the place feel homey. The loft bed is comfy and not too soft. The Murphy bed mattress is foamy and squishy which would work if soft bed is a preference. The out door porch from the kitchen was great spot for breakfast in a nice weather morning. The place is suited for 2 travelers (if one likes firmer bed and one likes squishy bed) or a couple.……

“Great respite for this solo traveler and her dog. Worry free arrival and access, super good communication with hosts. This cabin was perfect for a quiet night in with book and my snacky dinner. Everything was set up in the cabin for cozy comfort. If you have any mobility and balance issues, the gravel parking with a slight grade can be tricky. But once on the gated deck and backyard and cabin, it was great!”

“Sheep and chickens were friendly. They set the vibe perfectly to slow down and just enjoy. We were able to make a decent dinner between the grill area and the surprisingly efficient kitchen. Best shower we encountered over our whole trip - 5 stops. Bed was very comfortable. The record player was a nice surprise. Luckily we had been collecting our own along the way of our trip but I highly recommend the Brothers Reed out of what is available in the cabin.”
