“Breakfast time is too short”

“Property was clean but could use some updates in the hallways like new carpet, and in the room I was in the dresser had seen better days. I was surprised to see an additional $50 charge for “incidentals” when the mini fridge was completely empty, not even water bottles let alone snacks or beverages. Not happy about the charge, won’t be staying here again. ”

“The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Old hotel. Needs an update. Carpet in the room was sticky and shower was hard to figure out. Old old fixtures. This is not a complaint but A train goes by the property several times in the night and blows the whistle about six times. We did not get a good nights sleep. I would not recommend”

“This hotel is a great stay, My wife and I had absolutely no complaints, Breakfast was delicious we loved the breakfast, Staff was great and down to earth, rooms clean we'll be staying again for sure”

“The room was absolutely filthy. I can upload photos if you’d like. I saws bugs in the bed, the shower and countertops were filthy, the shower curtains were nasty, dried toothpaste in the sink, dirty closet doors. I didn’t even feel comfortable sleeping in the bed I slept in the chair The whole night. I told someone at the front desk and he said that he would let management know.”
