“Not worth of 13k for family of 3 - classic premium villa. Old property not well maintained.. bathroom is ok although WC need replacement. Even no hook given inside bathroom for hanging cloths. Poor lighting in room , wardrobe. Shower area near Pool is in pathetic condition with water logging. Looks worms are playing with each other. Rooms has spider web. No tissues papers. No vallet parking, insufficient staff. If u get this property in 5-6k, then stay or else look for better options. Rooms:……

“The bed was comfortable. The sunset was pretty. Nothing else was good. The resort did not keep their word. The place was dirty. It smelled bad. The minibar was not stocked.The in-room food was not good. Marriott is hype that disappoints ”

“Pros: 1. Location is good 2. Staff is friendly and helpful 3. Owner is also friendly 4. Property is well built up amenities like swimming pool, indoor games, outdoor games. Cons: 1. The exhaust fan was missing in washroom 2. Parkings can be covered with shades for keeping cars protected from Sun & Rain”

“Bodde i Ratnagiri som ett stopp i att resa vidare till Goa. Bodde i ett mycket stort fint rum, åt god middag i hotellets restaurang som även hade en bar. Vi hade tänkt åka till tågstationen för att fixa biljetter, men istället bokade hotellchefen biljetter åt oss och tryckte ut dem på papper. All personal vi träffade var mycket vänliga.”
