“The Boulevard Inn is a great place to stay. You can just park your car at the hotel and walk everywhere! Its located close to town and easy access to restaurants and shopping and events. I can't imagine staying anywhere else when I'm in St. Joe.”

“This is definitely a work in progress. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel was quiet for the most part and the staff was very friendly. It's clear a family has taken on the job of restoring this property to a new, beautiful standard. I was pleased with the location, the price and our room. The elevator is a little scary at the moment, but I'm sure it will be fixed. I look forward to seeing it fully restored.”

“Check in with Kendall was effortless. He is an outstanding employee, super helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. My friends and I had an excellent stay to attend our 55th class reunion. “Very good. Need Wingate sign at the hotel. It said “The Clover”. I figured it out. Very competent person at the desk. He handled multiple issues at once. You need grab bars in the bathroom. Bath tub floor slippery. Grab bars inside the shower too. I will definitely stay there again. ”

“The apartment was wonderful, close to the Red Bud Race track, restaurants, and of course, the beach! We would definitely stay here again. ”

“We loved our stay at this rental in Sawyer. The downtown area was small but so cute and had some fantastic places to eat and hang out. It was also just a short drive to the Warren Dunes State Park which was a huge plus for us. The apartment itself was as very clean and well stocked. All of our needs were met plus some! The property managers were great too! We will be back if we find ourselves in the Sawyer area again.”
