“Everything was nice”

“The property itself was good, but we were told because we booked through a third-party site they required a $100 deposit. We paid it and usually when staying in hotels I see the deposit returned within a couple days. It took three weeks, three calls to the hotel and two calls to Marriot corporate to get it refunded. The staff at the hotel kept telling me she was going to do it and call me back, she never called back. One day after I spoke with Marriot Customer Service it was refunded in my……

“We liked nearly everything about this place. Only complaint was breakfast breads and biscuits were nearly frozen. Need to be thawed a little longer. Like the proximity to the Meijer store.”

“We were traveling with our dog and liked that we can stay at a clean hotel. Some pet friendly places are not the cleanest. So, we appreciate that it was clean. Also had an easy to get to outside are for the dog. It was very nice.”
