“We were up too early for breakfast, so don’t know about that, but all else was great. The airport shuttle was used twice and both drivers were prompt and friendly. The gentleman at the front desk Monday night was super helpful and patient. Our group had 3 rooms and we all would stay again when needing Knoxville airport.”

“The valet Brian B was very helpful and took good care of me and my grandchildren. I had the red Buick.”

“We were in town for a concert, with some friends. The rooms were very nice, with great bathrooms! Everyone was extremely friendly, and over all the stay was wonderful! My only concern was that I feel certain rooms should be specifically for pets. There was dog hair under one of the beds, not a big deal, but someone else could have had an issue with allergies. Great location, about 10 minutes from campus!”

“Great everything. Professional and friendly staff Clean, comfortable rooms. The only compaint would be the in room coffee. Coffee in the lobby dining area is perfect.”
