However, upon checking in at the property, I was informed that breakfast is not included. This discrepancy is concerning, as it directly influenced my decision to book this stay. The conflicting information between Expedia and the hotel feels misleading and has impacted my experience. I would appreciate clarification on this matter and a resolution, whether that be honoring the included breakfast as advertised or providing appropriate compensation for the inconvenience."

"The breakfast is incredible and I loved the QR code for uber rides to Disneyland. It was cheaper than the shuttle for my daughter and I. They do have a shuttle as of April 2026. I thought that the water wasn’t hot enough in the hotel and the hot tub. It was so helpful to have Advil in the store front! The menu changing every day for breakfast was very fun. The French toast sticks were a highlight for me as well as the amount of sauces for eggs. A hot chocolate machine would be cool or putting hot coco packets in the rooms for people that don’t drink coffee. One more blanket in the rooms would’ve been nice as well. I will forever come back to this hotel. Right across the street from Target and Raising Canes as well."
