No free WIFI and parking. Housekeeping staff knocked our door at 9 while check out time is 11:30AM. Telephone in the room is not working. We can’t call customer service and also can’t order any food delivered to room. There is only one bottle of water in the room while I checked in with two people. No balcony but room description online says there will be a balcony. One of the coffee cups is dirty. I understand the hotel is close to Disneyland probably that’s why they charge guests parking fee. However, it’s a four start hotel, service should be high quality. I feel like I booked a motel I can’t believe it is Sheraton.

Asked for early check-in (30 mins.) that was a problem. I believe they purposely put my room next to the elevator, major noise all night.

Beautiful view in the night. Only thing that sucked was people right below us were smoking weed and even though the door was closed, it still seeped through and made the room smell. Other than that it was a great experience and super clean
