"The breakfast is not worth it, 15 a person for yogurt parfait, or a few pancakes, or egg and toast and that is if they decide to serve you. Do not prepay for breakfast they will not refund you if they dont have the staff to provide the service "

"Check in was easy and seamless. The room was clean and the hotel location is great. Our issue is with the staff- check out was posted as 11AM. At 9:00am we were woken up but repeated loud knocks on our door. When I went to the door there was a random guy (not housekeeping) with a clipboard asking what time we were checking out... I've never seen that in my life but we told them 11AM. Not even one hour later we have more loud knocks on our door that woke us up again, this time from housekeeping wanting to come in. What was the point of the first guy knocking to see what time we were checking out if they were going to send housekeeping anyway? Very intrusive and this woke us up twice after we had a late night out and a long drive home later that day. Wildly inappropriate and we likely won't be staying here in the future due to their clear obsessiveness with getting people OUT as early as possible. Stop disrupting people's sleep."
