“Very spacious clean room. Loved the close parking space. Very near the elevator that was also nice. Zero complaints and will definitely book again ”

“Where do I start? Horrible all the way around. No refunds for crap room. Not the same as shown on Expedia. Paid for ocean view w/Balcony (got ground floor). Multiple cockroaches, light bulb out, A/C & Heat ran non-stop and bearing out on fan. So loud hardly could sleep, TVs were a mess, Direct TV didn't work in 1 bedroom, batteries dead in Roku remote, water damaged areas, one door off hinges..... Etc. I paid full price for this crap. I will never use Hosteeva again. They don't care, just……

“The unit was on the smaller side but slept seven. The pool and beach access were awesome! The pull-out couch had clean sheets to put on, but it was so dirty when you opened it up for the first time to use it. The living room rug was really dirty and had rolled edges, posing a trip hazard. It had four forks and a couple of spoons. It just seemed like it could be better stocked with basic utensils. The security staff was nice, parking was easy, and it was close to everything.”

“The check-in process and automatic locks at the property were very confusing. I could not get through to an actual person. Also, the access to the beach is not nearly as close as it looks on a map. Other than that, it’s a beautiful property, with nice accommodations.”
