奥里克 3 星级酒店, US$73 起

“Everything was great but the whole entire reason a book this week is because of the balcony I have booked at this hotel, many of times and I always get the same room but this time, but the balcony was not open in the Cosmo suite for my son’s birthday”

“We have been pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel. The room has quality mattresses, upscale pillows, bedding, and towels, and looks modern with newer furnishings and carpet. Everything has been remarkably clean and pleasant. I can highly recommend staying here, and we would be happy to come back again.”

“It was very noisy during my stay—it sounded like there was construction going on. The receptionist at check-in was quite inattentive and nearly charged me again by mistake.”

“Great”

“DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This hotel was an absolute nightmare. They will accuse you of smoking in your room and charge you for it, even if you NEVER smoked. Take the time to read the other reviews because this appears to be an ongoing issue! The manager was extremely unprofessional, refused to identify herself, refused to provide any information or answers when questioned, and made us feel uncomfortable by following us around the hotel. We also experienced what felt like discriminatory……

“Nice, clean, and good price.”

“Very clean and comfortable to stay and the service is also very good. Very blown away by their staff.”

“staff were incredibly helpful! Our first trip to KC, MO and they were so helpful. It made our stay great and we had an incredible time!”

“Clean room and property was overall nice.”

“Very good is the only comment I have about Staybridge hotel.”
