“The hotel room was great, and overall we had a very nice stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the staff/service was excellent. My only complaint is that the air conditioner was positioned directly over the beds, so the cold air blew right on us while sleeping. It made the beds feel a little too cold, especially with the air blowing directly down. A simple improvement might be to add an air deflector or vent redirection cover to help direct the airflow away from the beds. Other than……
