Breakfast: We were asked to pay an extra £18 per person, and we were told we could cancel it, but they forced it on us. Cleaning: The "wet" towels were placed on the bed, but how do I use them? Biscuits were only replenished on the last day. The cleaning standards varied from day to day, suggesting a problem with "standardized procedures" and "staff training." “The location is very nice, nestled amongst beautiful homes with a few cafes and restaurants close by. It's a very walkable location. The room was comfortable, and the jet tub was very appreciated after walking and sightseeing all day.
