“I was disappointed that the hot tub was not working. That was one of the reasons I wanted to go there for my birthday.”

“Older beautiful mansion converted to a spa hotel. Loved the decor from the 1800s. Breakfast was very good especially the fresh fruit and wonderful bacon. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed our stay.”

“Very clean, friendly staff, very good food, would definitely stay there again.”

“Peaceful and quiet but wifi is spotty. Overall, the best place we have ever stayed over our 20 years of military overnights.”

“Once you’re booked and make contact with the owner, you will find he is nice and helpful. Big closets but there are no hangars and bring some slippers / flip flops as there is a no-shoe rule on the carpets. The view is SPECTACULAR day and night out on the wrap around deck. His property is amazing. Easy access to the highway, Aiello’s Italian Restaurant is a quick drive and there are gas stations, a small grocery store and a Chinese restaurant (that we didn’t try) close by. Good place to……

“Would recommend! it’s was very relaxing.”

“Wow! What an amazing spot, was attending a golf fundraising event not far from the house and this checked all of the boxes. Fished, tubed in the river right off the back of the property, met the very friendly neighbors that happened to be home. Will definitely be returning before next years golfing trip!”

“Clean and cozy! Perfect place for the weekend to attend a family gathering! Will definitely come back!”

“Everything was as advertised and more than met my needs. The home is in an older neighborhood which is very quiet and felt comfortable. If I am in the area I would certainly stay again. ”

“True hidden Gem. My wife and I travel a lot and typically stay in bed and breakfasts, and this was one of our favorites in the northeast. Fantastic breakfast was an added bonus. The owner, Penny, was extremely friendly and accommodating. Can't say enough positive things about our stay!”
