“The host does not Disclose the fact that they have a strict NO VISITOR policy. The front desk is not very nice and treats your family or friend visiting you like they are trash. My cousin came in to bring me something at the location and the guard looked at him up and down and told him he cannot be here that visitors are not allowed in the building, so I had to come down and speak to him , which the front desk person also treated me poorly. “We had an overall great stay at this hotel. The customer service was truly excellent — the staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. However, there were a couple of issues during our stay. The building uses a solar water heating system instead of gas, and unfortunately there was no hot water for one full day.
