I love where Hotel Nikko is. Quick walk from Powell Bart station and centrally located to the places I wanted to visit in San Francisco. This was my second stay at Hotel Nikko. Not sure if we got a bad room or what. Last time, I had no complaints about my room. This time the bed was not good -- just ...
Stayed in a double queen room. 4 adults. Excellent hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Location is awesome! Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in San Francisco :)
Good location. Lots of nearby stores if one like to shop, varieties of restaurants around as well. Close to one of the cable car station (Powell and Market). Welcoming and accommodating staffs. Accessible customer service to make room request. Enjoyed the complimentary wifi. Clean room.
This hotel is dog friendly and they don't charge you extra for them, clean rooms and very comfortable beds. We love the location and they have plenty of parking in the parking garage under the hotel, as with most places in San Francisco there is a charge for the parking. We plan on returning in the ...
Hotel staff, specially the front lobby, not very friendly, or welcoming. Did not make us feel welcomed, very dry & plain. Lack professionalism.
We had a bad experience at The restaurant for breakfast. The strawberry at the buffet was dirty with mud. The waiter took my plate back when i showed him the mud on the strawberry without saying anything. I never got even sorry or apology This was very bad from their part
the hotel is right next to the Embarcadero BART station (easy access from SFO), and within walking distance of most city sites (excusing the hilly streets). The room is fine and the bed is really comfortable.
From checking by Louis we felt welcome and we're impresses by the gift of "Franco" and the room upgrade. Room was nicely appointed and comfortable. Every hotel employee from doormen to maids were terrific! Thank you!
The artwork and funky decor sold me on staying here. No USB plug ins and the shower leaked all night. Bed was comfortable but not luxurious. The room was a good size.
