My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Nikko for our birthdays. When we let them know it was our birthdays they upgraded our room and gave us a beautiful view of the city. We would definitely return to this hotel. It was clean and comfortable and staff was very friendly.

Beautiful hotel though reminds me of Mel Brooks High Anxiety. Had view of bay and was very quiet. Only issue was room smelled odd like either had been smoked in or should change brand of cleaner.

In my opinion much better than being near union square, yet only a few mins away by tram/train or a 10 min walk. It was super simple to get to AT&T ...
