“My friend and I had a girlie two night break at this hotel and loved it. When we arrived the receptionist noticed I was using a walking aid and unprompted started looking to change our room to an accessible room eliminating needing to use stairs. We were very touched by his thoughtfulness. It was an upgrade to a suite which was outstanding and it really enhanced our comfort and experience.
We had a sitting room (with verandah) which was very comfortable and well equipped with a coffee maker,……

“We appreciated greatly the warm welcome, amazing service, and no problem too difficult attitude of the staff. They made the hotel and our stay the success it was. Truly exceptional. We had dinner and breakfasts throughout our 4 night stay and all were good and adaptable to our requirements. Rooms were maintained immaculately.
The one problem for a large man like me was the bed size. We had a twin room and the beds are very narrow. But that was the only issue we faced and we'd definitely……

“The room was very comfortable and the staff very friendly . Breakfast was good but the evening meals ( both pizza and the main restaurant were disappointing and a bit expensive for what we got ) . Also the water temperature for the bath in our room was not hot enough - the shower was OK but not for a bath .”
