“The room was very clean, quiet and classy. They even have a safe you can use in the room. There's a coffee maker and mini fridge in the rooms, an ice machine on every floor, but no microwave in each room- just downstairs by the restaurant and "snack shop". The staff are very kind, welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant is expensive, but good food and very relaxing being low lighting settings at night time. There's valet parking and room service.”

“Place itself is very nice. Not very convenient or kid friendly, and nowhere to walk to, but the deal killer is that the service is through a 3rd party, who then communicates to the apartment complex. Of course, they barely speak English. You either have to download their app and give them your biometric data or they change the key code EVERY DAY and you cannot get into the apartment. Every other working person we encountered hated the online customer service here. They need to fire the 3rd……
