“Staff had been very communicative and courteous. We had a problem with the property HOA putting our bikes on their patio, but staff were prompt in contacting me, and respectfully told me the issues that needs to be addressed. ”

We had to be persistent to get into the originally booked unit, which had the space to sleep us comfortably. There was no WiFi, but otherwise lovely and clean. The communication prior to our arrival regarding this issue and the unit switch was not great and we only found out after hours and were not given a choice to keep the larger original Unit.……

“We enjoyed this location. Once you get familiar with the area, it’s fairly easy to navigate. My only criticism that I would have is that the check-in process and check out was very tedious. We arrived and took a local bus and didn’t realize that the check-in was substantially further than would’ve been anticipated.
