“The hotel is really old, which probably explains the poor soundproofing. The bedding was also super uncomfortable, so I didn’t sleep well at all. Worse, I woke up with red rashes all over my body. Compared to other hotels nearby, this place is just not worth the price. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it. ”

The staff is very accommodating and the property is immaculate inside and out. The free breakfast is fresh and sufficient consisting of choices of eggs, omelets, pancakes, french toast, oatmeal and a breakfast bar is set up with choices of muffins, cold cereal, granola, yogurt and juices. “Always a good time at the Virginian . The breakfast was freshly made and delivered to the room as requested. The lobby and bar scene is a conglomerate mix of people enjoying the relaxing social scene. The fireplace and historical setting, along with a cocktail is worth the stay!”

“The Harrison provided the perfect Cape May experience. The staff was so sweet and accommodating to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was beautiful and the entire bed and breakfast was absolutely charming with a fireplace on and desserts/drinks out every evening to relax with. The location was ideal and just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Would love an opportunity to come back every year. My boyfriend and I fondly remember our stay there. ”
