"I am a traveler and I'm not a picky person when it comes to hotels but i know how to rate them because I truly understand what is expected depending on the situation. That being said this place is a wonderful vacation spot. Perfect for what you should want in a "hotel". These are 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom houses with a kitchen. There a fold up bed outside the bedroom for guest. Washer and Dryer. Clean, fancy, hardwood floors, private and Very spacious. This place is not really for solo travelers...

"My family of 6 had a great week. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. It is a nice quiet neighborhood and a short 5 min walk to the beach. The house is right across the street from a school with a playground. The kids had a blast playing outside. The owner was very responsive with anything we needed!"

"Furniture in bedrooms was sparse. Beds were not very comfortable. Shade was not hung in one bedroom which meant early wake up. Sink in one of the bathrooms was clogged, but fortunately there was an extra bathroom. However, the condo was very clean and the kitchen and living room was nice with comfortable seating. Would have been nice if the bedrooms were smaller and the common space bigger."
