“Really great hotel and an excellent location in Tallinn to explore the city. The staff were really friendly and helpful when we needed them and helped with recommending places to eat when we landed late in the evening. The breakfast was great, it was served in the hotel next door (connected by an internal corridor so you didn't have to go outside in the freeing temperatures) as the hotel's restaurant was closed temporarily. “Everything is good for us only if they have some free drinking water or water pot provided will be perfect. ”

“The hotel is renovated this year, so it's new and clean inside. The location is perfect, very easy for you to visit malls, the bus station, and restaurants. BUT, when I entered the room, there was no towel. The telephone is dead, and my room key didn't work twice. I have to go to the lobby to fix the problems. The breakfast is so so, not so many choices. Maybe I was just not lucky, you can try.”

“房間安靜、寬敞乾淨舒適、地點近巴士站、早餐美味、性質比高，整體來說非常喜歡。 但需注意，Hotels.com有列出「行李寄存」的服務，但實際上卻沒有這項服務喔！他們連行李房都沒有，如有需要這項服務的需考量一下，畢竟退房後若要再拖著大型行李去城區會超辛苦，因為離城區有一段距離。 行李寄存應該是蠻基本的飯店服務項目，真心希望飯店增加此項服務。然後在增加此項目之前，先於各住房網站拿掉「提供行李寄存」服務，否則當場會有被騙的感覺。 （至於我當天是有遇到非常好心的服務人員，有借我放一下櫃檯後方，使我免於拖行李箱去城區之苦，真的非常感謝。”
