“So lets start with the positive. the hotel is impressive and the room I was given was a good size. And unlike many hotels they have a full suite of Spa facilities (pool, jacuzzi (incl outside), steam room and sauna) However Issues:
1. Reception staff are a little stone faced. And it came as a shock that they wanted a deposit of £50 per day I was staying, something that was not made clear to me previously and took a large chunk out of my vacation budget
2. website shows some rooms with a pine...

“We had a one night stay, so didn’t use many of the facilities. Our room was small, but warm, clean and well stocked with tea, coffee, biscuits and toiletries.
Our problem was with access to the hotel. It was dark when we arrived, Harrogate had many one way roads and a lot of roadworks semi-closing others. We eventually had to abandon the car, walk to the hotel and ask for help as to how to get into the car park. Staff were very helpful and got us sorted. We had booked a space in the car park,...

“We stayed one night as a stopover on our way home to Scotland. We had a superior double room in the lodge part of the hotel. Stunning room. Very spacious even with what looked like a super king bed. Lovely to have the little terrace space. Had a delicious meal in the restaurant and excellent breakfast in the morning. Loved the different options to normal offerings with overnight oats and yoghurt smoothies. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Lovely dog friendly hotel which we’d love to...
