Very clean and comfortable room. Great bed, quiet area. Excellent breakfast. Short walk into town. I liked the option of not having the room serviced and receiving a free drink! The lift was a bit dodgy - very slow. Enjoyed my stay.

Gorgeous gardens and terrace

The hotel was lovely and on such a sunny day we really enjoyed the terrace and gardens. The food we had in the afternoon was delicious! However, the breakfast was not so good. Food items were stale even though we didn't go down particularly late. Was very disappointed with this part of the stay but the rest was great.

Beautiful place to stay

This is the third time I have stayed at the Ripon Inn this year. The renovation and decoration are excellent. The standard of the public spaces and bedrooms are superb. Breakfast is also excellent. A couple of grumbles, some of the staff need to be smarter and friendly. Also the best offers (inclusion of dinner vouchers included within the price), are straight from their own website, hotels.com don’t match them.

Great staff and lovely pub

I booked the Ripon inn as an overnight stay for a work visit close by. Both the evening staff and the breakfast staff were lovely, the lady on breakfast I didn't catch her name was so helpful and friendly and she helped me sort out my breakfast to take away. The evening menu also has something for everyone and it was really nice food. I would stay again if in the area.

Great hotel Rip off inn bar prices

Hotel was excellent and staff were very friendly. Sadly the bar prices were extremely expensive. We always expect to pay more we staying away but Ripon inn bar prices way way too much.
