“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. “This is a New resort and they are still working out some kinks. Overall we had a great time and the resort was great. I have 2 complaints and these are not deal breakers. First there's no buffet for dinner. We ate every night at a different restaurant, but it would have been nice to have a back up just incase the restaurants were busy. Second the shower head on the spray handle did not pivot, it sprays right over your head. (The rainfall head is perfect.) We we there for 7 day and would go back.”
