“Everything was great during my stay! The staff is incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The only minor downside was the mosquitoes if windows were left open, or when doors were kept open during housekeeping!! They definitely find their way in. With that being said, it didn’t take away from an excellent experience. We truly loved everything about this place! Perfect location, great amenities, and an outstanding team at IHG! ”

Aucune proposition, on ne se sent pas forcément le bienvenu. La réception et le concierge ne répondent pas au téléphone ou ligne en panne.”

“I couldn’t fault the hotel — it was perfect. We travelled from Scotland on an overnight flight and arrived very early, around 9 a.m. Although check-in was at 3 p.m., the staff kindly allowed us to check in early so we could rest, which we really appreciated. I was visiting Jeddah for my niece’s wedding, and the whole experience was wonderful. On departure day, even though our flight was at night, they also allowed us to stay until 3 p.m., which made a big difference. The service was excellent,……
