“The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very well maintained with excellent amenities (Dyson blow dryer as an eg), a nice gym and spa, lovely pool area. The staff far exceeded expectations- incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful from the receptionist to the concierge to the cleaning staff to the random help. The location is perfect. I would strongly recommend the hotel, and will certainly stay there again, you made the trip perfect!”

“How wonderful it was to open the curtains in the morning and look out and see the sea panorama of Ischia Naples, Mount Vesuvius, Sorrento all in one sweep. That alone was worth staying here, but in addition, the room was comfortable. The facility was clean and charming. Only mention is our room had a tub set up only and was a little slippery tricky to get in and out for a shower. The staff were superb and helpful at every turn. Furthermore the hotel uses What’s up as a communication tool with guests, which was incredibly convenient as the hotel always sent us very kind and thoughtful reply to our questions/requests. “Our stay was fabulous at Mezzatorre. The service staff is spot on. If you’re questioning if it’s worth it - it is. The breakfast was included however we didn’t realize it so we didn’t take advantage of it until the last day and we didn’t really even eat much. Also the thermal spas are included as well. And the bed and toiletries are great as well. We stayed 3 nights and felt like 1 more would have been better. ”

They sent clear instructions on how to reach the hotel and explained all the services available. We used the luggage service from the ferry with our funicular tickets and had a lovely 10–15 minute stroll through Capri’s beautiful streets to reach the hotel.
