“Terrific staff and amenities. The woman who handled our check in was superb. The thermal pools and views are spectacular. What a relaxing place. Possibly the best breakfast I have ever seen included in your stay. I can’t wait to come back.”

“Every aspect of the hotel was outstanding except the fine dining which was appalling. We had better food on the flight over. Some of the courses were genuinely inedible. This despite a restaurant with outstanding service ambience and wines. Mezzatorre seemed to not understand that their guests understand what quality meals should taste like and how they should be presented.”
