Our stat at Dimora Duomo was excellent. We had a large room. We were traveling with two teens and we had more than enough space. It was within walking distance of all the shops, ferry and sites. The staff were very helpful and gave great dinner recommendations. Marco was always reachable and able to answer questions when we needed help. I would highly recommend Dimora Duomo.
Stayed here for 11 nights. Very good location, with easy access to the metro and Molo Beverello ferry terminal. The room was clean, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The breakfast was good, although it could have offered more protein options. I would happily stay here again.
Excellent Stay in Naples
Great place to stay if you happen to be in Naples The rooms are clean, comfortable.
The staff is absolutely the best! Great breakfast every day. They are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with tips and recommendations on how to get around and make the most of your stay.
The room was cleaned every day. The hosts communicates with you, and makes sure you are taken care of. Excellent stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Naples.
A+
The location was fantastic, near everything, very walkable. Lorenza was a lovely host, making sure we were well taken care of. She gave us tips, directions, and more. The rest of the staff were so attentive and caring. The room was impeccably clean and fresh. Bed and pillows were better than any 5 star hotels we've stayed at. Another bonus is we heard no street noise at all despite being on a busy street. Would highly recommend and stay here again!!
Breakfast served in room was great and easy! Lorenza’s helpful explanations about the room and stay were appreciated! Excellent communication! Grazie Mille!
This is not really a hotel but a serviced Bed & Breakfast within a multi-use building. The staff was helpful and the rooms were clean. It was a 5 floor walk-up to the room or a 20 euro cent coin to use the elevator (2 people max or 1 person/2 luggage). The breakfast was basic but delivered promptly. The location was convenient to the historic district. If the description on Expedia was more detailed as to what to expect, then it would have been good. However, when expecting a hotel and getting a serviced room, it fell short considering beautiful hotels along the waterfront were a similar price.
Wonderful stay at this property.
Very convenient location, close to everything.
We arrived on a Sunday and a little surprised by no staff on duty. Since it's last minute booking, Marco couldn't contact us while we were in the aircraft. However, he was very helpful by providing us all the details, very accommodating.
The room is big and very clean. We enjoyed our stay. And will recommend to my friends.
Had a great stay at this hotel. It is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. Loved the way the balcony doors opened and let in fresh cool air. Staff was very attentive and the breakfast that was delivered to my room was great.
Great place to stay. The room was very spacious, the complimentary breakfast was all good, and Marco was available to help at all times, even before our arrival with booking transportation and tours. We would definitely book again!
Was a good property for what we needed to do but at times was difficult to find a hotel representative aside from whatapping the off site gentleman I was in contact with about questions. Breakfast did the job, bed was comfy, room was clean and the staff we can across was friendly. There was a problem with the door lock at one point to where we couldn’t get into the door to the common area before our room. The building is structurally older so we weren’t sure if it was a heat related blown fuse but was quickly rectified. Thankfully whoever was working on the panel heard our knocks and was able to get us in. A little frustrating after walking Pompeii all morning in the hot and sun soaked in sweat. Only AC we came across with a “powerful” mode though which was great!
Marco was an excellent host and the property was clean and well-located on quiet street. Breakfast options were very nice and the room was modern with a nice view. I would highly recommend staying here!
