“Advertised as 2 bedroom. It is not. Second sleep area is a day bed in the living room. No kitchen facilities. No way to heat up anything. couldn’t move around if day bed was open. Mops in bucket in bathroom. Was not clean at all. Good location on the square, but was very noisy and lots of exhaust smell with the windows open. Refrigerator was tiny, and had so much ice buildup there was no room. ”

“Reception team was very responsive with clear instructions with videos on key retrieval. Also on hand with prompt responses via WhatsApp if we had questions (WiFi). Plenty of towels for all five of us; thank you for that! WiFi worked great, hot water in showers also appreciated along with Clean linen. Beds were okay as far as comfort. B&B Suggested garage and price for parking garage for overnight was actually ten euro more which seems expensive, but on-street parking is not really an option.……

“We absolutely loved our stay in Napoli. Carlo was wonderful and so easy to communicate with. He offered a flat rate transfer from the train station and even pointed out places to visit along the way. He also drove us to the airport, which made everything feel so easy and stress-free.The apartment is on the third floor with an elevator (huge bonus!). Carlo met us, got us settled, and answered all our questions. He also sent great local food recommendations, and they did not disappoint.The……
