If you are staying in Giza particularly if you are planning to visit the pyramids, this is a great hotel. It feels almost like a family run place as you are made to feel very welcome. The rooms are clean and comfortable and you are provided with a bath robe, tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge and hairdryer. Saif is the reception staff who welcomes you and assists you with things such as booking taxis etc. You literally are neighbours with the pyramids so meals here as well as being good also provide a fantastic view. Definitely recommend this hotel.

View! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breathtaking view of the Pyramids directly from the hotel. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious and fresh options. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Once I arrived they "lost my reservation and was full up" gave the run around the whole time. Put us up in different hotel with was not the quality that I paid for said that they would have room for the last 3 day of my 9 night stay. (I was having alot of dental work done and this was a major problem and interfered with it getting done). On day of when they said they would have our rooms they told use they did not and we needed to find a new place to stay. I have been to egypt many times and normally would stay at family own hotels to give morw to committees instead of large hotel chains. I will unfortunately be reconsidering for my future stays. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing place and lovely staff, the view from our window was such great and everything we needed provided to us from the reception people also I want to mention the room cleaning it's perfect High recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
